When it comes to health monitoring, we have to be honest and say that we have had some unexpected surprises. We put you in context. The only difference on a technological level is that the Amazfit GTS 2 has a microphone and speaker included, unlike the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini. This means that you can answer phone calls through the watch only on the GTS 2. Instead, both integrate the Alexa voice assistant.

In reality, there is no absolute truth, because the most appropriate choice will depend on your needs. And, above all, in cases like this, in which neither of the two smartwatches is expensive. What’s more, any of them are noticeably cheaper than most models on the market with similar features. The question is knowing which one best meets the needs of each one, or which one fits best according to our preferences.

The Amazfit GTS 2 has some advantages over the Mini when it comes to sports mode volume, information performance in high-altitude sports, music storage, and a larger screen. However, the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini allows you to monitor the menstrual cycle, unlike its older brother, it is lighter and more economical.

Therefore, think about whether the advantages offered by the GTS 2 are important enough for you to opt for that model. What we would tell you is that, if you already have one of the two, we are not sure that it is worth investing in buying the other one.
